Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

In addition, we will deduct a $10 handling fee from your total refund for this return.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at services@dhrehe.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide a return address; please ship the item yourself and bear the shipping costs. We will not accept items that are returned directly without a prior return request.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Incorrect or incomplete order address

Please note that you must fill in the correct delivery address in the order. If the order delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, the consequences of the package being returned or damaged will be borne by you alone, and our store will not be responsible for any consequences.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Our Guarantee: From the moment you receive our jewelry. Accidental human damage to the jewelry within one year. We will re-mail the jewelry once according to your order!

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers or plants), items purchased through store events, customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.

Dealer Return Issues:
Dealers purchase large quantities of goods at the best prices. Therefore, we do not accept any returns or exchanges from our dealers, except for product quality issues.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We support an unconditional exchange policy. But in order for you to receive the replacement jewelry as soon as possible, we stipulate that you can keep the original jewelry you ordered. At the same time, the jewelry you want to replace will be sent directly to you!
However, we charge a handling fee of $9.9 for each jewelry that needs to be replaced. In addition, you will also need to bear the basic postage of $2.99 for the exchange.

Note: After confirming the exchange, except for product quality issues, we will no longer provide a 30-day return and exchange service policy.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund through the original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
